She is a graduate of the Pacific School of Religion in Berkeley, California; is ordained in the United Church of Christ, and is also a licensed clinical social worker. |

Associate PastorMarjorie Wilkes, our Associate Pastor, also serves as Executive Assistant to the President of Pacific School of Religion (PSR). A long-time advocate for public school improvement, Marjorie co-founded and co-directed the West Oakland Community School. She is a graduate of Princeton University and Pacific School of Religion, a trained spiritual director, and an ordained minister in the United Church of Christ. |

Ministers-in-Care
In the United Church of Christ, individuals who feel that they are being called into ordained ministry are taken “In Care” by their home church for an extensive period of discernment and study until they are ordained. We are blessed to have a number of talented people who add depth and enthusiasm to our ministry.

Music Leadership
Music Director
David Sturdevant’s main instruments are guitar, keyboards and chromatic harmonica. He is the founder and leader of the San Francisco Medicine Ball Band playing all styles of music specializing in Swing, New Orleans and R&B for over 25 years. He has also played in the house band of San Francisco's famous Café Trieste for over 12 years and regularly plays at the newer Trieste locations of Berkeley and Sausalito. David has been the producer for over seven years of the "Sound Gallery" a weekly music showcase on Berkeley's public television station. He also operates his own video production company.
Pianist/Cantor
David Miotke is an amazing singer, pianist and accordion player who is comfortable with almost any genre. He specializes in performing the standard American songbook repertoire, Cole Porter, Gershwin, Rodgers & Hart, etc. He has a CD of original songs set to the poetry of Francis Brabazon entitled "In Dust I Sing." Many of these spiritually inspired pieces have been performed at Plymouth Church services over the past few years. David is available to play and sing at private parties, weddings, and other events.
Sacred Zone
Alma Draper is a licensed child care provider and church member who lovingly tends to our babies and youngest children during our worship services.
Karen Eppler is a professional teacher who introduces the bible and spiritual values through stories, crafts, games and ritual.
Church Staff
Our Administrator, Bruce Tutcher, is the super glue of Plymouth Church! He has served Plymouth for over five years and is a dedicated and essential part of our community. In addition to keeping our church running, he is a member of the Bahai Faith.
Church Council
Our church is self-governed by a board that we call our “Church Council.” The Church Council is a dedicated group of Plymouth members who establish policy and insure that the property is maintained, our finances are in order, and most importantly, that we are following our mission in the service of God and all creation.
